Terms and Conditions for Service Fees

1. General Overview
- These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the application of service fees charged by Life;s A Trip Cruise and Travel for travel planning, booking, and related support services. By requesting or receiving services from the Agency, the client (“the Customer”) agrees to these Terms.
2. Service Fees
2.1 Fee Basis
The Agency charges service fees based on the type, scope, and complexity of services requested. Fees are not included in supplier prices (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) and are applied separately. Minimum fees are $150.00 per person.
2.2 Variable Fees Service fees are subject to the amount of work required, which may vary depending on: • Number of destinations, travelers, or travel components • Research time and customization level • Changes requested after initial planning • Supplier availability or special arrangements • Urgency of the booking
2.3 Fee Transparency The Agency will provide an estimate of service fees before initiating work. Final fees may differ based on actual time spent or complexity encountered, and the Customer will be notified of any significant changes.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
3.1 All service fees charged by the Agency are non-refundable, including but not limited to: • Consultation fees • Research and itinerary planning fees • Booking and ticketing fees • Change or amendment fees • Cancellation processing fees
3.2 Fees remain non-refundable regardless of: • Supplier cancellations or policy restrictions • Customer-initiated changes or cancellations • Travel disruptions outside the Agency’s control
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Service fees are due at the time specified by the Agency, which may include: • Upfront payment before the start of research • Payment at the time of booking • Payment upon completion of itinerary planning
4.2 Payments must be made using accepted methods specified by the Agency.
5. Additional Charges
5.1 Additional charges may apply for: • Last-minute bookings • Complex group travel • Extensive multi-destination research • Urgent changes or re-bookings • Visa, insurance, or document processing services
5.2 The Customer will be informed of any additional charges prior to processing them.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to provide accurate and timely information required for booking, including traveler details, preferences, and payment information. Delays or inaccuracies may increase the service fees.
7. Agency’s Responsibilities
The Agency agrees to: • Perform its services with reasonable skill and care • Communicate fees clearly and transparently • Act as an intermediary between the Customer and suppliers The Agency is not responsible for supplier errors, availability, pricing changes, or travel disruptions.
8. Changes to These Terms
The Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting or proceeding with services, the Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
